SHAKE Does Not Handle Shipping

SHAKE International is a listing and introduction platform only. We connect buyers and sellers of agricultural and construction equipment. We are not a transport broker, freight forwarder, or logistics provider, and we play no role in the physical movement of equipment between parties.

All shipping, transport, and collection arrangements are made directly between the buyer and the seller after contact has been established through the platform.

Buyer and Seller Responsibility

Once a buyer and seller have agreed on a transaction, it is their joint responsibility to arrange:

• Whether the equipment will be collected by the buyer or delivered by the seller
• The transport provider or logistics company, if required
• Loading, rigging, and transportation costs
• Transit insurance appropriate for the value and type of equipment
• Any permits required for oversized or overweight loads under South African road traffic regulations
• Import/export documentation if equipment is crossing international borders

SHAKE makes no warranties and accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising from the physical transportation of equipment sold through the platform.

Equipment Inspection

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect equipment in person before finalising any purchase agreement. SHAKE does not conduct physical inspections on behalf of buyers or sellers and does not certify the condition of any listed equipment.

Sellers are required by our Acceptable Use Policy to disclose all known material defects. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence, including independent mechanical inspections where appropriate, prior to purchase.

Third-Party Transport Providers

If you engage a third-party transport or logistics company, that relationship is solely between you and the transport provider. SHAKE has no affiliation with any logistics business and does not endorse, recommend, or take responsibility for the services of any transport provider.

Listing Location

Each listing on SHAKE displays the country, province, and general area where the equipment is located. This information is provided by the seller and is intended to help buyers assess transport requirements. SHAKE does not independently verify listing locations.
